Presently, as an outcomes-based focused full-time organizational and success habits development consultant, and professional keynote speaker, my team here at InspiraGen Institute, LLC has a known ‘highly sought-after’ national reputation for assisting our clients in achieving measurable, efficient, cohesive, positive, significant, and great results.
Sometimes. Some factors that can come into play when securing me for your meeting date: travel logistics, schedules, multiple bookings, early payment, product purchases, marketing letters, bartering, and recording are just some of the items that can become items of discussion.
If you book me for two programs at the same event, you will save the travel costs for an additional speaker, and there can usually be an adjustment in the fee for the second program. Ty’s Investment (Fee) Schedule
In 21 years, I have skillfully engaged and held the inspired attention of high school, middle school and elementary school students (12th Grade down to Pre-Kindergarten). It all depends on the subject/topic of my presentation.
With teen and young adult groups, I scale up my relatable stories, engagement, real-world teaching points, and learning activities; with the much younger groups, it’s active and engaging fun while learning without losing the purpose of the message and program.
I use coach airfares whenever possible. You will never have to deal with meal charges, frills, or surprises!
I use only clean, non-offensive humor. Over 85% of the humor I use makes fun of me and my life experiences, both personally and professionally.
You will never be embarrassed by hiring and having me as your professional guest speaker, trainer or consultant.
I have extensive experience as a speaker and emcee at functions where food is part of the program. I will assist you in addressing the challenges that exist in these settings for a seamless event. You do not want your attendees saying, “WHEN WILL THIS BE OVER?”
I will be happy to provide a tip sheet that will help you in designing a banquet or luncheon program. Call or email to request a copy.
I am FULLY AWARE of your concerns about the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA). I can and will get my handouts to you in advance, upon advance request, so your organization can have my handout materials put in Braille. I will provide additional support materials (audio and video tapes) to assist anyone with a disability in getting the most from my programs. I ADJUST my programs to accommodate hearing and sight impaired attendees and for attendees with learning differences. I also make it a point to be aware of the location of any physically challenged members of the audience in case I must direct the audience during an emergency requiring evacuation of the room.
I will get you COMPLIMENTS and PROTECT YOU FROM LAWSUITS when I am on the job.
My staff and I will handle all the details of your event in a professional and timely manner. Every effort will be made to keep expenses to a bare minimum. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED for my meals while I am on the road. You will never have any alcohol or extravagant expenses of any kind charged to your master account. When possible, AIRFARE WILL BE PRORATED FAIRLY between clients.
You will find we are always courteous and very accessible. NO PRIMA DONNA ATTITUDES or EGO TRIPPERS are allowed on our team… we are here to serve you, and we won’t ever forget it!
Even the greatest speech can be viewed as ineffective when the room set-up is not optimal. To help ensure my presentation/program meets your expectations and fulfills the ultimate benefit of your audience, please review A/V Requests and let us know if there are any challenges.
Ty is flexible and will work with your A/V capabilities and your technicians to maximize the effectiveness of your platform.

I am available for hire throughout the State of Maryland, United States (nationwide), South America, Canada, and a few select international countries.
When it comes to leadership, I focus on five things: 1) developing leadership talent, 2) increasing inspirational leadership, 3) improving and streamlining effective communication, 4) building very successful and diverse leadership teams and 5) bringing back and keeping civility and compassion in leadership. We work with organizations at all levels to build leaders who will have an inspirational impact today and empower those leaders to build a talent pipeline of healthy leaders for tomorrow. I hold leaders accountable to create extraordinary outcomes, engagement, innovation, opportunities, and productivity, and believe that everyone can lead from whatever position they currently hold within an organization or life.
I have the passionate, caring and competent ability to connect and work with young people from all walks of life; 21 consecutive years and counting. Haven grown up in a low-income community in South Baltimore, Maryland (Cherry Hill) and spending five of my early childhood years in foster care, I relate to and connect with at-risk teens in an inspiring and engaging way. When it came to school and education I consistently excelled in a way that kept me in the top 3%-5% of my class from elementary through high school, I relate to and connect with gifted and talented, and STEM students, in an impressive and engaging way.
Yes. Title I is designed to help students served by the program to achieve proficiency on challenging state academic achievement standards. Title I schools with percentages of low-income students of at least 40 percent may use Title I funds, along with other federal, state, and local funds, to operate a “schoolwide program” to upgrade the instructional program for the whole school. Title I schools with less than 40 percent low-income students or that choose not to operate a schoolwide program offers a “targeted assistance program” in which the school identifies students who are failing, or most at risk of failing, to meet the state’s challenging academic achievement standards. Targeted assistance schools design, in consultation with parents, staff, and district staff, an instructional program to meet the needs of those students. Both schoolwide and targeted assistance programs must use instructional strategies based on scientifically based research and implement parental involvement activities.
If you are a Title 1 school — do not hesitate to contact my business office. I am here to work with your students, teachers, parents, staff, and leadership. Your challenges may be high; your resources may be low. Still, I am here to partner and work with you too. Passion Is, As Passion Does!
Yes. I have delivered hundreds of graduation, commencement, crossing over/transition, and ceremony keynote addresses across the nation. I am very respectful when it comes to the time allotted to speak, use appropriate and engaging humor, and am well aware of the importance of the moment.
As soon as you engage me, I will begin my pre-program research by interviewing you briefly by phone, and then sending you a questionnaire to complete and return. I will ask you to email me any additional information on your meeting, conference, event, retreat or school assembly. Also, I may ask to interview one or two more people within your organization/school/school district or on your meeting planning team.
