5) Leaders who believe in and teach racial sensitivity and cultural competence each day — fearlessly rise above ‘the noise’ and ‘the resistance’ to create higher levels of respect and acceptance so we all can live in a better way. ~ Ty Howard

7) We can only eradicate toxic behaviors like hate, misperceived fear, and systemic racism aimed at minority ethnic groups – as more and more of us continue – to willingly come together to gain deeper insight into the cultures of others. This open-minded action is an essential step toward developing cultural sensitivity and awareness on a global level. ~ Ty Howard

8) Show me a business today that is passionately aware and committed to the increased importance of promoting cultural sensitivity and awareness through all aspects of their work. You will show me a caring and supportive company that enjoys accepting and valuing human beings for the beauty of their cultures, strengths, and differences. ~ Ty Howard

9) Be the compassionate reason citizens of our increasingly globalized planet are able to understand, accept, respect, value, appreciate, and celebrate one another. Do it for the evolution of humanity. ~ Ty Howard

10) Being culturally sensitive is not a weakness; it’s your acceptance and appreciation for the cultures, differences, experiences, stories, and transformation flowing through humanity. ~ Ty Howard
