Remote Leadership Group Coaching is a customized follow-up service. It is intended specifically for executives, directors, managers, and leaders in education. This offering is only available for agencies, school districts, or schools that have engaged in InspiraGen Institute-led professional development.

Initial learning opportunities could include:
– Attending a Ty Howard & InspiraGen Institute-keynote, workshop or conference.
– Participating in on-site PD with InspiraGen Institute consultants.
– Viewing online keynotes or workshops from InspiraGen Institute.
– Learning through and with a webinar video subscription.

A typical Remote Leadership Group Coaching session usually has a minimum of 3 participants to allow for some interaction and diverse perspectives, while the maximum is often capped at around 5-7 participants to maintain a manageable group dynamic where everyone can actively participate and receive adequate attention from the coach; exceeding that can become overwhelming for both the coach and participants.

A typical effective remote group coaching session will last 35-50 minutes. During the session, the Remote Group Coach uses leadership coaching techniques to engage leaders (executives, directors, managers, leaders in school education) in focused conversations to celebrate progress, address questions, teach or refine strategies and tactics, and plan next steps. To maximize participation, agencies, school districts, and schools are required to commit to a minimum of 10 hours of remote coaching during a six-, nine-, or twelve-month period.

After an agency, school district, or school has secured dates to provide Remote Coaching for its leadership team, the InspiraGen Institute (IGI) business office team then drafts a contract. This document outlines the details, such as coaching dates, times, objectives, etc. Once the contract is complete, collaboration can begin. The client contact person and the Remote Coach will work closely to plan for impactful coaching experiences.

After each coaching session, the InspiraGen Institute Remote Leadership Group Coach provides participants and other select leaders with a written summary of the meeting. Attendance and specific topics covered will be detailed. The summary will also highlight the “next steps” leaders were challenged to execute in their roles within their work environments.

There’s great value in the “face time” that leaders (executives, directors, managers, leaders in school education) spend with their InspiraGen Institute Remote Leadership Group Coach. But the support doesn’t have to end when the video session is over.

Leaders are welcome to email their Remote Leadership Group Coach between virtual coaching sessions to seek clarification. They can also ask for advice or share successes on short in-the-moment telephone calls. Ongoing email support is just one of the perks involved with a Remote Leadership Group Coaching relationship (agreement).

Remote Leadership Group Coaching relies on video conferencing as its backbone. Setting up a video conferencing system is simple and inexpensive.

All that is required is:
– A broadband internet connection,
– A webcam with a microphone,
– A large monitor, and
– A simple speaker system.

These tools, along with free software from Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Webex, will enable leaders (executives, directors, managers, and leaders in school education) and their InspiraGen Institute Remote Leadership Group Coach to connect. In these sessions, participants will be able to see and hear one another easily. These sessions are designed as live remote coaching, meaning active Q&A is a standard part of the course.

InspiraGen Institute deals in best-practice leadership strategies—not in boxed or cookie-cutter curriculums. For this reason, effective remote leadership group coaching never requires the purchase of any specific resources. Occasionally, we recommend resources to assist leaders with continual learning, growth and implementation, but it is never required.

Follow-up consultation with an InspiraGen Institute Remote Leadership Group Coach begins with quality conversations. But after the relationship has started, it can be solidified further with an on-site visit.

When the Remote Leadership Group Coach visits your agency, school district, or school in person they can offer face-to-face support. During an on-site visit, the Remote Leadership Group Coach can spend time shadowing and modeling instruction. They can also provide real-time feedback for leaders.

Once a Remote Leadership Group Coaching contract is in place, billing for all or part of the agreement will begin. Agencies, school districts, or schools then have 21 days to submit payment by check. Credit card or ACH/EFT payments are accepted for Remote Leadership Group Coaching with an additional three percent surcharge.

If you have not worked with Coach Ty, Lead IGI Remote Leadership Group Coach, and are interested in exploring whether his Remote Leadership Group Coaching Sessions will benefit your Leadership Group. He offers a “one-time,” no-cost Remote Leadership Group trial coaching session with a small group of 3-4 of your leaders on Zoom. In this 30-40 minute trial session, Coach Ty will ask your leadership group participants questions about their background, career, interests, current challenges they are facing in their leadership roles, and the results they would like to achieve, based on your submitted request and pre-shared information.

Your leadership group’s one-time, no-cost trial session on Zoom will follow one of Coach Ty’s Remote Leadership Group Coaching session formats.

After a Remote Leadership Group Coaching contract has been signed by both parties, it is binding. There is mutual agreement that the remote coaching contract will not be canceled. Once your Remote Leadership Group Coaching sessions begins, all investment payments are to be paid in accordance to the agreement. There may be occasions, however, when a session needs to be rescheduled.
